Join the IF HEMA Cup 2025 in Athens!

The IF HEMA Cup returns in 2025 — this time hosted in Athens, Greece! This international longsword team competition brings together national teams from across Europe to compete in a high-level, technically refined tournament format.

Teams consist of three fencers and one substitute, with a strong commitment to gender inclusivity and fair play. Every match is part of a team relay to 45 points, with nine fast-paced bouts of three minutes each.

Participation is open only to official national teams assembled by HEMA federations that are members or observers of IFHEMA. Spectators are warmly welcome to watch some of the most accomplished fighters in Europe showcase their skills in this prestigious event.
