The Instruction Commission organizes workshops for instructors. These workshops award the participants official recognition as certified personnel. A lot is to be learnt regarding the methods of teaching, security, historical sources, first aid and much more. Since 2019, the monitor training has been the primary event to educate teachers of HEMA. The commission aims to connect instructors of different clubs all over Switzerland.
